We handle parts manufacturing end to end: from receiving the sample, material analysis, documentation and process design to production and delivery. We produce in series using moulds and CNC machines, and in small batches on conventional machine tools.
01.Plastic parts
Chain guides, bottling line components, gears, shaped parts, bushings, slides, plain bearings, support blocks, housings and covers, parts for plastics machinery.
02.Metal parts
Sleeves, pins, shafts, guides, slides, housings and seats, load-bearing, coupling and drive transmission parts. Laser-cut plates and blanks, mill knives and components, rings and irregular parts.
03.Elastomer parts
Parts of 20–90 Shore A hardness (rubber, silicone and others): suction cups, valve balls, moulded seals, pushers and shaped parts, discs, rings, vibration isolators and much more.
04.Surface regeneration
We regenerate surfaces by supersonic flame metal spraying and by hardfacing — most often on shafts and rings under bearings and seals, and other areas exposed to mechanical damage.
Coatings: mild steel, acid-resistant steel, ceramic, molybdenum, sintered silicon and even sintered tungsten. With the right material, regenerated parts last much longer than the originals — we are always happy to advise.
