We offer most seals available on the market — off-the-shelf from manufacturers as well as custom ones, cut or moulded in our own tools. We work only with proven suppliers, which guarantees quality and durability.
01.Mechanical seals
European manufacturers only. We select them from a photo and the shaft size and stationary ring housing, or by pump manufacturer. We stock spring, bellows, wave-spring and multi-spring seals, seals with an internal running face and other special mechanical seals.
Materials: steel / stainless steel, ceramic, graphite, silicon carbide, tungsten carbide. Elastomers: EPDM, NBR, VITON, silicone, and PTFE-encapsulated versions.
02.Moulded seals
Moulded seals are homogeneous, guarantee repeatability and have no weak glued joints. We have many moulds for manhole seals, filter press seals, valve and fitting seals, and make others to individual order.
03.Profile seals
Profile seals of any shape and length from the full range of materials (most often EPDM, NBR, VITON, PU). We guarantee short lead times and competitive prices.
04.Flat gaskets
We make flat gaskets of any shape — from a sample, drawing or confirmed dimensions. We cut by water jet, on CNC plotters, and even by laser and plasma where the material requires it. We use elastomer sheets (food-grade rubber, NBR, EPDM, VITON, silicone, graphite) and special gasket sheets for applications other materials cannot handle.
05.Special seals
Combined seals made of several materials (e.g. steel + graphite, elastomer + plastic core) — used in boiler houses, extremely aggressive environments and unusual assemblies. We also offer turned seals from high-hardness elastomers (about 85 Shore A), plastics and special materials, often used in power hydraulics.
